Eco HS-1 Solvent ink
Has been developed in conjunction with JV5 end users request for ink that has less effect on softening PSV especially cast vinyl for Vehicle Wrap applications compared to the HS series solvent ink which requires longer curing time than the ECO HS-1. The criteria was that a print had to be printed at high speed (40 sqm p/h) on a Mimaki JV5, after completion the finish printed roll was shipped for immediate application, there was no addition curing required, this is a big breakthrough for production houses because it shortens turn around time for the actual PSV application of the job because there is no need to unroll the print to allow it to cure, according to our test.
