Composite materials can be half-cut

By adjusting the depth of the cutter blade, you can half-cut composite, laminated material etc. Due to two tools being able to be used, you can perform different types of half-cutting or die-cutting without needing to change them.

Media is set easily and accurately

With the work-guide installed, the positioning of themedia is much easier. It is also possible to remove the work-guide depending on the media size.

*For models with the sensor, the work-guide plate is used instead of the work-guide pin. Please note that the work guide is used just as a guide for setting the media and it is not intended to guarantee the distance to the origin.

Extensive line-up of cutter blades

A wide variety of cutter blades tailored to various media are provided.

Various holders are available to meet a variety of materials.

 Thick material can be outline-cut with high accuracy, using the mark-sensor function.
With the adaption of a high performance colour photo sensor, the round registion marks printed on the media are read and the position of the origin, inclination of coordinate and distance are corrected. This enables the operator to perform cutting at the precise position. Further, the sensor recognises the difference of the colour of the media and the colour of the round register marks, and enables the cutter to perform cuts accurately, while being tailored to the printed material without being influenced by the colour of the media. A light pointer that is used as a marker when setting the media is provided as a standard device and enables for the position adjustment with the round register marks.

Circle Ø correction

The declination of the starting point and ending point of a cut circle (caused by thickness or hardness of the media) is corrected. making for a nearly perfectly cut circle.

Correction of starting and ending points

The starting and ending positions of the cut are corrected, which makes the cut-away of the media smooth. Adjustable within the range of 0 to 2.5mm.

Multiple registration of cutting conditions

Cutting conditions such as pressure, speed correction for starting and ending points, circle Ø correction, offsets, etc. per tool may be registered for mulitple times.
