Create stickers that can pop out from the sheet ready for dispatch. Completely cut the top layer and only cut portions of the bottom layer, leaving small tabs keeping the job intact.
Outline Extraction from Bitmap Image
This function automatically outlines an image of either BMP, JPEG, or TIFF. A cut line can now be created from the image.
Cutting Position and Preview
Cutting starting position can be specified according to the shape of the object. When starting to cut a thick substrate, it tends to fluff. Specifying the cutting start position on the corner of the object can prevent fluffing. Starting the cut from a less conspicuous point can lead to a higher quality finish.
Before starting to cut, start position, the cutting line, cut direction and cutting order, etc can be checked. This function ensures proper cutting. Also if necessary, you can change the conditions.
Output to RLP5
Output directly to a CJV30 for printing and cutting using the 'RL' button.
Line Edit Tool
Quick adjustment tool to edit lines created from an outline extraction, or from imported artwork.
Output Conditions
Create cut conditions for different products with variations in cut pressure, speed, and offset. When a hard or thick material is cut with a CF, CF2, or CF3 a number of passes may be necessary. Fine Cut give you you ability to create multiple cuts over the one line with different speeds and pressures.
