Automatic Setting to CG-FX Series
The CG-FX Series Plotter, after receiving printed images, reads from the register marks the slightest displacement that can occur at the time the printed images are placed and, based on the data, automatically achieves the correct axial alignments to accurately position the images.

A die cut is a through
cut, and a half cut is a
cut through half the
thickness of the media. Combining die cuts
and half cuts makes it
possible to produce a series of cuts with only a
few points keeping the image in place. After the
cutting, the image can be easily detached with
the fingers.

Contoured Cut
The CG-FX Series Plotter, after receiveing register mark position data from Fine Cut, automatically corrects both the output dimentions of the printed image and the dimentions of the (Fine Cut) data. This ability ensures the accurate cutting if intricate shapes.

Confirming cut lines, zooming and scrolling, and other sensitive operations can all be performed on this screen.

This is a function available only from the CG-FX Series Cutting plotter. After nesting images with register marks are fed into the CG-FX, the register marks are read automatically and continuously. As the plotter aligns each image, it continuously and accurately cuts even the most intricate shapes.

This function makes it possible to cut and divide objects larger than the width of the sheet.

Lines can be cropped making it easy to remove unnecessary segments.
